Our ambition is to make your delivery service as quick and hassle-free as possible.
All Australian orders are delivered via CourierPost. The Track & Trace details of your order will also be emailed to you once your package has been picked up and scanned by the courier. Orders are only processed on normal business days.
All Australian orders are picked up from our dispatch centre with CourierPost and transported to Australia via air freight. Orders are then delivered with Australian Post once they enter Australia.
Please note: We are unable to make alterations or additions to your online order once we have sent confirmation.
All orders are sent using a non-signature service. We recommend you choose a delivery address where someone will be home, or a place of business. Shoe Connection, Courier Post and Australian Post do not accept responsibility for non-signature items lost or stolen from the delivery site.

Australian customers selecting the Standard Delivery Service can expect to receive their order within 7-9 buisness days from the time they received their confirmation email.
